"Movable Stair Fire Grate for Achieving Complete Combustion" With high-performance electronic control technology, rapid and efficient fuel ignition is realized using a hot air fan. Fuels such as wood chips and wood pellets burn at the optimal combustion temperature of 650°C. The movable stair fire grate with an automatic cleaning system supplies an appropriate amount of fuel to the combustion bed and allows for easy removal of combustion ash. Additionally, high-temperature combustion gases are re-burned at temperatures of up to 1200°C, and the combustion gases can be more completely converted into thermal energy in the optimally designed secondary combustion chamber. "High-Performance Fuel Transport Screw" Fuels such as wood chips and wood pellets are transported by a fuel transport device. For safety measures, this transport screw is monitored by a safety cover-equipped backfire prevention device. The high-performance lambda control (air-fuel ratio control function) maintains the fuel supply at an optimal level at all times, and to further enhance operational reliability, a fuel filling level gauge is also built into the boiler.

Introducing a case study of a tourist farm in Nankoku City, Kochi Prefecture, which attracts 80,000 to 100,000 visitors annually!

We would like to introduce a case study regarding the introduction of a wood biomass boiler at Nishijima Gardening Complex Co., Ltd. As a hybrid system combining an existing heavy oil boiler and wood biomass energy, a wood chip boiler has been installed for heating greenhouses over 1.2 hectares out of a total of 4 hectares, using hot water to cultivate melons and other crops.
